General terms and condition of ordering candles in companies:

1. General provisions: the following conditions govern the relations of civil law between persons named by Orderer and Performer resulting by writing submission of order by fax, phone, e-mail or in headquarters of ADPAL.

2. Term of service: time limit of order completion are about 21 working days. Every delay about information to order may result with postponement of order realization.

3. Terms of payment: for every new client is applied the principle the payment in cash and it is required to provide by Orderer documents as: NIP, REGON, and KRS number. For the moment of regulate the payment, candles are property of ADPAL, or ADPAL Spółka z o.o.   company. All receivables terms are insured in ATRADIUS company.

4. Cancellation of confirm order which contains 30% of prepayment can be included only writing resignation at the latest one day after confirmation order to production. In the event of failure conditions Performer is in the law to do not pay the advance.

5. In the case of confirmed orders without 30 % advance, Orderer have to cover the costs of contract costs incurred.

6. ADPAL Spółka z o.o.  company does not accept resignation of order by the phone.

7. Delivery: if delivery is with courier or with Performer transport, it’s required to check supply by Orderer in the moment of delivery. In case of shortage, damage, or infaction of pack/pallet, only way of recognition a complaint is prepare protocol by the driver. Protocol have to contain a quantity list of deficiencies or damage products, pack deficiencies, pack tape breaking. It’s very important to mark date of delivery and invoice number. The protocol necessary have to be signed by the driver or courier, and by the recipient of the goods. Protocol with all of required information is only way complaint recognition. Protocol draw have to be sent by fax or e-mail to headquarter of company.

8. Order goods can be stored in our magazine only by one month. The only exception is writing condition agree.

9. Storing and transport.
     - temperature of storing and exposing candles should be between 5 and 20 Celsius degrees, max wetness under 50 %
     - temperature of transport should be between 5 and 20 Celsius degrees
     - candles delivery by the sea way should be isolated in tight container.
    - candles should be stored in dry, dark space, far from sources of warm, protect from direct exposure, lamp lights.

10. Complain does not include:
     - mechanical, chemical, thermal or another damage caused with wrong activity of Orderer or third persons
     - damage or defects occurring as a result of wrong storing, wrong exposure, improperly transport (when transport is by
       client side, not commission with ADPAL or ADPAL Spółka z o.o. company)
     - arbitrary treatment made by Orderer or third persons
     - defects caused by inadequate means of transport, way of unloading, and products which was not carried with palette
     - product without label, what makes impossible to identify
     - sale products
     - handmade figural candles are exposed to wrong combustion occurrence(cairns, smoking, dripping). In above- mentioned
       cases it’s important to cut the candlewick, remove protruding parts of candles, do not burn the candle in side of open
       window, or air conditioning. Figural candles burned in wrong way are not subject to complain. Another kinds of candles
       should be burned by pictogram signs placed in codes.

11. The claim is taken only when candles have signs of produce in ADPAL Spółka z o.o.  .
